DEFINE PROGRESS

We have allowed predators to set the definition of progress in terms of greed, competition, exploitation, and aggression.  Progress could be defined in terms of peace, good health, and equality.  While we’re at it, we could consider the function of money may be obsolete.  You can’t eat money, nor can you breathe money. read more

HUMAN AND NATURE RIGHTS

One would think harm inflicted upon people and nature would be a topic of interests as relates to the roll out of the 5G network, but not until airline concerns were raised has a top been put to enactment of a system that hasn’t as yet been sufficiently investigated for health concerns. read more

VOTING RIGHTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY

Promising is the renewed interest in voting and our government.  It does however raise several questions about voters. read more

THE “F” WORD

One hears hierarchical characters such as the President and corporate-owned-politically-influenced MSM warn Americans against fascism.  One wonders where the warnings were about predatory capitalism that on a continuum seems to follow one of 2 paths; either fascism or organized crime.  Which system under which we suffer should be the conversation. read more

IF YOU DON’T USE IT YOU LOSE IT

Consider the progress in terms of good health, peace, and equality over just 100 years.  It is almost impossible to imagine that I was born only 30 years after the ratification of Suffrage for Women.  That NOW is only about 50 years old is even as fascinating.  That the right for a woman to control her own body in 2022 is on the line is disturbing; but compared to the journey, just a bump in the road.  It is a reminder that freedom and autonomy is each a journey, not a destination.  The ERA could be an important goal for young women going forward.  The success of the past, emerging from the deepest rights violations, reminds that the successes can be even sweeter.  Loss of gains made were quite predictable to those not heady with hubris of the freedom and autonomy handed to them on silver platters. read more

HEALTH AS PERTAINS TO PEOPLE OR CAPITALISM?

The topic this morning on C-Span probably effects most people in the USA.  The disappearance of so-called middle class jobs happened after chain stores had obliterated locally owned small businesses.  Any politician who couldn’t connect the dots didn’t deserve to be in office due to ignorance.  But that so many politicians have become wealthy during this era seems to confirm corruption.  The worship of Reagan, then Obama, then Trump, seems to be the story of withering compliance and enabling by the general public.   read more

THE STRENGTH OF NATIVE

The incredible diversity of species found in the American woods is easy to overlook, but incalculably delightful and important.

LIFE AND ART

As we watch capitalism falter and fail in the USA as surely as did communism in the Former USSR, we might imagine this moment as living in accordance with art rather than according to the dictates of a hierarchical Establishment, both of which are capitalism and communism.  One also imagines that due to physical uniqueness, women often  understand first hand that life is art.  Money is nice, but art is the connection to that from which we emanate. read more

LIBERTY

In a nation where democracy is explained away as “our system” because we are a Constitutional republic, we could remember that democracy is practiced by people, not by government.  This may be the difference between principles of equality and liberty as compared to a dictatorship.  If government functions for the benefit of the public rather than to support hierarchy, democracy sees required. read more

SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY

Before reading this, perhaps we could all go out and buy something at a local business.  The need for a small business Saturday seems a response to black Friday.  We would all be the better for recognizing patterns rather than specifics.  What is the connection or lack thereof with small businesses, multi-national corporations, The Military-Industrial Complex, and Climate Change? read more

FREEDOM WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY IS LAWLESSNESS

Freedom without responsibility is tyranny.  The USA as  a government could benefit by remembering this.  For those who love to remind thinking adults that ours isn’t a democracy, but is a Constitutional republic, one could remind that government doesn’t do democracy, people do democracy.  This is the same reason human rights and enviornmental rights cannot be violated legitimately using bureaucratic lawmaking. read more

THE SENSE OF THE COMMON

As hierarchical Establishment pose as arbiters of life on Earth, and perhaps beyond, local common community go about the business of reality.  The longer the fantasy land of hierarchical Establishment is imposed upon the public (indoctrination), the longer will take actualization of life was will comply with sanity.  A growing cadre of local-community members are working toward the goal of integrity. read more

THEATER OF CAPITALISM

Did anyone seriously expect good governance for We The People from either branch of the Republican/Democratic duopoly (American Capitalist Party)?    If so, denial is evident as has been the ire directed to those who remind wokesters that to go hat-in-hand to big-money campaign donors to beg voting rights from those responsible for putting in place the deleterious electoral process to begin with.  But what about the MSM that encouraged said delusion?  Indoctrination into capitalism seems the reason for said naivete.   read more
