WHEN LEGISLATORS ARE THE OBSTRUCTION
In the US democracy has been associated with capitalism. This is an erroneous framing by hierarchical Establishment that supports the capitalistic interest in power and control as opposed to the democratic local-community participation by the public. In the USA the authoritarian governing style of hierarchical capitalism is a foundation for dictatorship. In other words, the USA has lost the ability to lead or innovate. And so we need to notice success in other nations pertaining to public self-empowerment.

That women have been trained to suspect our own viability is the practice of patriarchy. For instance, the demeaning way Trump speaks about women bolsters his personal ego at the cost of female vitality. We find this attitude sometime violently so and sometime mired within religious restraint, from too many places in hierarchical Establishment. Women can fill their requisite space as intended by the Creator without defining from others.

NON-ESTABLISHMENT REALITY

Some Upstate NY anti-fracking advocates are quite aware of the problem of industrial insinuation of chemicals into local neighborhoods with the possible disasters that are described as “accidents will happen”, and are a part of the nationalizing of risk and privatizing of profiteering that is embedded in capitalism.

NYS has passed legislation that would mandate overtime pay for farm workers after 40-hours-per week. Some local lawmakers have expressed concern that lack of understanding about the erratic time schedules in farm work will place undue burdens upon farm employers.
WHEN THE AMERICAN DREAM BECOMES ENTITLEMENTS
In one’s imagination, the Ohio train derailment tragedy is the physical manifestation of the impact on Americans by the end-days of capitalism. The American Dream became entitlements following the Establishment rigging of government for their own enrichment.
STORIES CHANGE WITH THE TELLER
History as taught in the US educational system is written from the perspective of the USA. The globalism that has been about economics has conveniently overlooked FACTS that would more realistically inform about the role of humanity in wars. While admitting that Russia is the enemy and shouldn’t have attacked Ukraine, one would be intellectually dishonest if one didn’t recognize the price paid by Russia in WWII, and that in the USA has been superimposed by a presumption of US supremacy in challenging Hitler.

In both scenarios the middleman is protected at the expense of the targets and byway of politicians bought into public “service” via Citizens United who are deft at maintaining the structure which is capitalistic hierarchical Establishment that in another place and time could be called dictatorship, and that has little to do with free market principles.
