Direction and control by hierarchy are supported by homogenizing culture into a malleable and sterile unit.
C-Span asked the question this morning, “can the government get inflation under control”. A better question could be the reason the Trump Administration began the trajectory of snow-balling inflation.
Everyone gets to decide for themselves if activities filling their day have meaning. This is an interesting topic and possibly not considered enough by many of us. Awareness seems a component and slowing down may be one technique toward that end.

These two pieces of legislation would advance the Tribal management of public lands and improve the protection of sacred and cultural sites. They are set to go into a congressional committee hearing this month.<link href=’https://actionnetwork.org/css/style-embed-v3.css’ rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’ /><script —

The carousel of absurdity includes governmental negligence in ignoring the plight of US citizens such as exist in Jackson, Mississippi while so-called protecting democracy in Ukraine, and pro-capitalist D&R duopoly promotion of imperialism against local communities in foreign nations. To begin to raise voices against this tyranny, one may sign the petitions below, if one is so inclined—–
From RAN.org — The Consumer Goods Forum exists to help corporations like Procter & Gamble, Mondelēz and Nestlé reduce their negative environmental and human rights impacts. Sounds good, right?
What’s not good is when the Consumer Goods Forum turns a blind eye to corporate members who engage in violence against Indigenous peoples. We plan to corner the Consumer Goods Forum at NYC Climate Week later this month and demand accountability for violence against Indigenous peoples — please lend us your signature.
Consumer Goods Forum member Asia Pulp and Paper has used physical violence, intimidation and food crop destruction to displace several Indigenous and traditional communities like the Sakai People and Lubuk Mandarsah from their land in Indonesia. This company has one of the worst human rights track records.
It’s simply inexcusable for the Consumer Goods Forum to allow its members to use the forum in bad faith, as a way to greenwash serious environmental and human rights violations.

Please take a look at the Green Social Thought website: http://www.greensocialthought.org/
Its focus is: “Produce less. Distribute it fairly. Create a greener world for all
To remain locked within a box of indoctrination is simply too boring and a waste of a perfectly good life. What can I learn from others?
In a nation where the life expectancy continues to drop and water is unavailable to growing numbers of people, we might question funding of foreign wars that seems beneficial to American oligarchs but at the cost of US citizens.
Democracy means each individual respect their own life, and says so.
Hierarchical Establishment types may have begun to notice the success when locally-supportive people work plans for lifestyle that are logical, effective, and fair. Sensible would be a change away from the depravity of capitalistic process toward more people-friendly systems. Instead it feels like Establishment is attempting to hitch their wagon to the stars of local community.
If manufacturing and industry is the goal, we’re possibly on the right track. If the goal is viable life on Earth, a few changes are in order. Natural rights encompass people and nature, because we are of The Creator, in whatever way each imagines Her/Him, It, or Cause-And-Effect.
Liz Cheney has acted as a supporter of democracy to an extent that caused personal harm to her, and she is anti-Choice and possibly pro-capitalist. This seems to imply that a politician who is probably pro-capitalist, has valued democracy over hierarchical privilege.
Biden ‘splains “core inflation” to America, in which the inflation rate is 0%, considering the price of somethings went up while the price of other things went down. For example, cheaper are diamonds, yachts, foreign boarding schools, and high-end vehicles. Unfortunately food, gasoline, day care, housing, health care and family vehicles are priced out of availability for the average consumer. (This isn’t necessarily a quote but more nearly a paraphrase dripping with sarcasm…and yes the use of sarcasm implies derision)
Disingenuous Conservatives who hypocritically attack Choice which is an innate human right of women as apparent by biology from The Creator (you can’t challenge FACTS) would better build a society that enhances the life of women and children, if said Conservatives wish to cut down on abortions, rather than forcing women through a filter of patriarchal control that implies human rights violations, with said violations based on the mechanics as preordained by The Creator.
In a system of competitive capitalism, to slow down is anathema, but what if that is the way to understand life—
The reason the following is the dismal state of governance in the USA is best explained by understanding this follows the model of dictatorship as profiting capitalists who are in the ascendancy in what is best defined as fascism, in one person’s view. Discuss this with your Representatives of The People, if you wish. The topic could be about diminishing choice for We The People.

A reason some people support 3rd-Party participation in political campaigns is that both of the duopoly Democratic and Republican are mouthpieces for capitalistic hierarchical Establishment and with Citizens United it can be mentioned that money is more of a motivating factor to these political corporations than is policy.
Defenders of Social Security on Tuesday urged the U.S. Senate to block President Joe Biden’s little-noticed nomination of Andrew Biggs—an American Enterprise Institute senior fellow with a history of supporting Social Security privatization—to serve on the independent and bipartisan Social Security Advisory Board.–end of portside info–

Toward the end of this discussion you can read about the censorship that seems apparent from political Parties that have taken control of Presidential debates from The League of Women Voters that in the past provided diversity. Not only is censorship a problem kept in place by efforts of the R&D duopoly, but ballot access is also nearly impossible for many 3rd-Party candidates.
https://peoplesparty.org/were-suing-florida-for-ballot-access/ –The Democrats and Republicans together have hurled this country into crushing inflation, mass homelessness, endless war, and growing authoritarianism. Every American has the right to vote against the establishment parties and for third party candidates who don’t answer to their billionaire donors. But in state after state, the increasingly unpopular corporate parties are trying to entrench their advantage with laws meant to suppress third parties and deny millions of Americans the right to vote for them.
