Government doesn’t do democracy, people do.
https://popularresistance.org/the-upstate-new-york-town-that-took-back-its-power/ – More than forty years on, Massena — population now around 12,000 — still has some of the cheapest, cleanest electricity in the state. Its electricians are unionized and maintain reliable service in a region bordering Canada and often hit by harsh winter weather. To locals on both sides of the aisle, municipal ownership of the grid has come to seem like common sense.
The following story offers an opportunity for delicacy of understanding that may be lost on the average hierarchical capitalist. We are watching an interesting attempt at elite dignity as they ‘splain away continued support for foreign and sometime-enemy monopolies playing out across the USA.
Mental health seems prominent in MSM recently. Who will define good mental health?
The concept that “we’re only human” can be used as an excuse or an inspiration. The system of capitalism has been described as offering the greatest good to the most people. This may be true until it isn’t.
Pesky genetic memory reminds that we are human and nature is our home. May genetics suggest spirituality? Ancestor worship may be a quai-derogatory description of that which is too complex to explain in a few words.
Anthropomorphizing of Creation stories by politicians and bureaucrats to excuse the all-to-human failure called war, by labeling, using language of institutionalized religion, which is patriarchal, by using such words as Armageddon, in a nation founded on principals that don’t seem to support either imperialism or state religions, could be a topic of discussion.

Those purchased by that wealth is a personal choice. The harm to unconnected people and nature is another thing. Presumption by hierarchy to influence emotionally the public, and includes efforts of the well-paid entertainment industry, will continue to highlight Russian oligarchs as though there are no American oligarchs, as they protect their own territory of wealth and privilege.
The label of American can be used to include many more people than those residing in the USA, but to use this definition to exclude US citizens seems interesting.
Mitch McConnell needs to define his notion of “American” for us—-
One would think harm inflicted upon people and nature would be a topic of interests as relates to the roll out of the 5G network, but not until airline concerns were raised has a top been put to enactment of a system that hasn’t as yet been sufficiently investigated for health concerns.
The public has been desensitized into capitalism with the propaganda that it is the best system for the most people. Climate Change is evidence to the contrary, but what about the effects and changes to human health? The anomaly of childhood stroke is a possibility but not the norm, until our current lifestyle makes it so, in one person’s uninformed opinion.
