NO KINGS

NO KINGS
Is anyone so GOP infatuated to think that the democracy-saving No Kings Act as proposed by NYS Senator Schumer, would get a “yes” vote from NYS Rep Molinaro?  And so some people will vote for Josh Riley for NYS rep.— read more

MONICA, HILLARY, AND AILEEN

MONICA, HILLARY, AND AILEEN
One is pleased that Monica Lewinsky is speaking out.  A method to maintain patriarchal control is shaming when patriarchy is too corrupt and unprincipled to feel shame that they own.  But again, Aileen Cannon is a hapless and immature example of treatment by Trump that is metaphorically similar to that of Ms. Lewinsky by Clinton. read more

WOMEN’S RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS

WOMEN’S RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS
One agrees that leaders need to be monitored in a democratic Constitutional Republic by We The People.  One also intuits that so many expressions of sound leadership by Molinaro begin to seem like a smokescreen behind which he builds and indoctrinates We The People into acceptance of dictatorship. read more

PATRIARCHY IN PLEASANT VALLEY

PATRIARCHY IN PLEASANT VALLEY

Capitalism thrives when we “run government like a business”, which means wealth transfer from the 100% to the 1%.  Citizens United is the funding tool that ensures oligarchical legality over legitimate principles in our democratic Constitutional Republic.  Local politicians and bureaucrats network to strengthen this traditional model of patriarchal exploitation.  Indications of evidence were reported on local news reports this week.   read more

LIFE IN AN OLIGARCHY

LIFE IN AN OLIGARCHY

In the inane gluttony embraced by so many Americans that has transformed a democratic Republic into an oligarchy in which human resources (people) are abused as easily as are natural resources (the environment) for profit, “running government like a business” is showing its criminality. read more

EQUITABLE CAPITALISM

SLIPPERY SLOPE INTO TYRANNY

As a militant old Feminist who has warned young ladies over  the last 30 years ago, as hubris soared as to security of their human rights, one warned that, “No, ladies, they’re coming after your rights.  You don’t get patriarchal hierarchy.” read more

WHEN PATRIARCHY ISN’T THE ANSWER

WHEN PATRIARCHY ISN’T THE ANSWER

Double talk could be detected as the C-Span guest, expert Dr. Anand Parckh, denigrated the notion of universal health care because, he insinuated, the corporate-friendly ACA/Obamacare is working better, while also urging Americans to remember the qualities and benefits of Primary Care.  How is this perceived as double talk?  The language is soothingly that of capitalistic hierarchical Establishment that promotes the requirement for players to “claw their way up the ladder of success” for profiteering, that specifically negates a dedicated medical industry to offer the less expensive and so less lucrative primary care.  And so the bait-and-switch continues.  Try again, Dr. Parckh; some people are listening.  And yes we do need a more humanity-friendly universal heath care system. read more
