THE WORLD ACCORDING TO ENTRENCHED INTERESTS
Climate Change and exploitation is probably due to a lack of imagination by Americans along with a troubling propensity to rally to the support of entrenched interests.
RESPONSIBLE EJACULATION
It’s not so much about ejaculation, Choice, and abortion as it is about an ability to entertain a different perspective away from the current inculcation by patriarchal hierarchy. The exploitation by hierarchical patriarchy of placing responsibility on women along with denying action toward that responsibility seems criminal. Add to that an economic system that worships money as a fetish in place of money as a tool of economics, and a system of tyranny seems complete. That those who have risen to the top in this sadism make and enforce the rules isn’t surprising; but that some women have accepted their place in this system is surprising.
IS IT TOO COMPLICATED?
As one who supported Kaepernick for months before it became popular, and by the way simultaneously objected to the “b” word due to self respect, one was amused when the tipping point in favor of Kaepernick happened when the “b” word was used by Trump, that garnered attention because suddenly-awakened people said it was a negative reflection on mothers, from groups who previously used the “b” word as a commonplace.
VOTE FOR POLICY OR CHARACTER?
C-Span presented the following discussion and well worth hearing. As for Liz Cheney, I hold her in high regard for integrity but in low esteem for policy. Trickle Down has worked well for the Cheney’s, but is a corrupt economic policy as regards free markets, in one person’s opinion. Especially partnered with Citizens United and www.alec.org, it is a system to transfer the wealth of the nation from to the top of the Pyramid Scheme. But that’s as applies to the economy and the Reagan notions. As applies to the integrity of Liz Cheney, this seems to pertain to democracy, and is a system, if voters are awake, that can challenge Trickle Down Theories even while those supporting democracy are proponents for Trickle Down.. And so one can imagine voting for Liz Cheney as compared to, for example, voting for a Duopoly-owned President mouthing admirable policies but lacking integrity.
CAPITALISM AND YOUR DOG
Reference to capitalism when one could as well have used the label tyranny is based on a society that is obsessed with money as a measure of normal.
MAGIC OF INFLATION
C-Span asked the question this morning, “can the government get inflation under control”. A better question could be the reason the Trump Administration began the trajectory of snow-balling inflation.
STORIES THEY TELL US
Questions can be as important as answers to establish reality about topics that most of us haven’t absorbed.
WHAT PART OF DREAMS IS REALITY?
Heard on a Bill Moyers discussion years ago—paraphrase—–governments don’t do democracy, people do democracy.
PREDATORY INFLATION
The story of several oligarchs pulling strings behind the scenes obscures the more relevant story of institutionalized hierarchical process that feels too similar to a Pyramid Scheme economy. Fascism may more nearly be the correct definition since the system is held in place less by persuasion and more by laws.
BREAK THROUGH
C-Span hosted a discussion this morning on the topic of ranked choice voting. The benefits of choice using ranked choice are entering the thought process of more voters, and may one suggest due to efforts by 3rd-Party voices. The D&R duopoly haven’t spread information about ranked choice voting benefits to voters for obvious reasons of control that underwrites the authoritarian character of the duopoly. This also raises the topic of the influence of 3rd-Party voices that may have been censored by regulations from the R&D duopoly, that have still managed to censor said voices off of ballots and away from debates, but but which 3rd- Parties nonetheless have broken through to some of the electorate by nothing more than moral authority.
THE “C” WORD
Lee Camp speaks of the delicacy with which capitalistic hierarchical Establishment avoids using the word capitalism, as the public begins to awaken to the reality that capitalism isn’t synonymous with democracy. Capitalism is an economy theory. Monetary systems are useful when We The People feel encumbered with hauling around a cow to trade for a barrel of apples, for example. Capitalism is a perfectly valid system of economy. In contrast, capitalism as a governing principle, in other places and times, were more honestly called fascism, communism, or perhaps dictatorship.
DOES MEDIA PUT WORDS IN MOUTHS?
(and thoughts in minds?)
This morning at about 9:03AM the host of C-Span made the odd assertion that Americans were “okay” with US military global occupation of foreign nations including the 70-year occupation of the Korean DMZ. Some people have continually mentioned the unprincipled imperialism by the USA, including the Monroe Doctrine and the Doctrine of Discovery that seems to have been used in spirit if not in documented FACT to excuse American aggression into foreign nations. This type of nonchalant and incorrect assertion seems to maintain indoctrination of the US public away from investigation or consideration of the warning by President George Washington to stay out of foreign nation affairs in order to best protect US national security interests. The warning by President George Washington might also diminish the paranoia and fear around the globe of other nations.
FINE THE POOR OR TAX THE RICH?
The money to run government must come from somewhere. Citizens United seems an apt system in which Pyramid Schemes thrive.
GOVERNMENTAL INNOCENCE
To set the stage logically, consider what the commons mean to humanity and nature; along with a presumption by hierarchy that they are the subject of life on Earth and that humanity and nature are the objects to be exploited as human resources and natural resources. We also may wish to consider bribery and the use of the blanket explanation of “national security”.
