One was mollified to hear Senator Schumer give a discussion that seemed sane and humane about the genocide toward Palestinians. This is a marked difference from his preliminary reaction on the topic of the Israeli/Hamas conflict that seemed to be the opposite side of the coin from anti-semitism. An ocean liner seems to have turned as so many callers spoke of the distinction between Hamas and Palestinian communities, and the context preceding the weekend attack which included the destruction of Palestinian homes and crops by Israel.

One heard on NPR recently, apparently in answer to complaints that Climate Change has been ignored by Establishment, that “scientists have warned us about Climate Change for years”.
