Neera Tandon, a Democratic campaign strategist loud and prominent in 2020, was back speaking about Biden’s new attempts to lower drug prices. Wasn’t she the obnoxious person who characterized universal-health care advocate Bernie Sanders as “making her skin crawl”?….Like anyone cared.

One was mollified to hear Senator Schumer give a discussion that seemed sane and humane about the genocide toward Palestinians. This is a marked difference from his preliminary reaction on the topic of the Israeli/Hamas conflict that seemed to be the opposite side of the coin from anti-semitism. You really can’t have one without the other.

Bernie Sanders made a noble attempt to break through a wall of Democratic/Republican rhetoric. In FACT, he succeeded. Some of the American public are tentatively considering democracy. Sshhh….don’t let Establishment know. Not yet…..
