FENCES AND AUTHORITY
The following is one example of incredibly widespread moral bankruptcy that is aside from financial. The stock market is an indication of the general tendency to place greed over life. Jamie Dimon seemed to lead a willing Obama (everybody does it) to reward Financial Meltdown perpetrators in 2008 when he could have chosen to uplift consumers.
INDUSTRIAL EXPERIMENT ON HUMANITY
As a child of the 50’s, childhood diabetes wasn’t typical. Today reports suggest childhood diabetes is growing. A personal opine is a memory from around 1970 in which one first began to hear about the interjection of corporate interests into the public school system that was explained as profiting both industry and the school system. At that time the first industrial inspiration was soda machines in school systems. So what about the health care costs that devolved onto the general public due to atrocious nutritional habits, while the public school system and industry profited? This seems a perfect setup for public/private partnerships that are so advertised as promoting economic well being. Another definition could be nationalizing risk while privatizing profit.
COURAGE TO CHANGE
Change requires courage and imagination. Propaganda helps to ensure the public have neither.
TREEHUGGER AND HISTORY
That the phrase treehugger originated byway of followers of Hindu and possibly again byway of followers of Buddhism come as no surprise.
PRIORITIZE HEALTH
The US government seems more involved in policing the globe than protecting the US public. Lack of a 1-payer universal health care policy is an example, at the same time the Pentagon is absorbing the wealth of the nation with no accountability and in FACT with disturbing evidence of having misplaced $22,000,000,000,000 (with a T) of taxpayer money. C-Span hosted a discussion in which a caller questioned the reason for foreign aid to Israel, that is a wealthy nation. Where is that money going and to what end? Why is a wealthy foreign nation prioritized over a US public that is in need?
CORPORATE RULE
Conversations about tariffs are long overdue. Tariffs that support sale of US products are sensible. When the products add to Climate Change as compared to products from foreign nations, an obvious problem has arisen. While the Trump tariffs seem to have been imposed on only a targeted group of products, it is of interest that after imposition prices of many products manufactured in foreign nations automatically rose, even if the Trump tariff wasn’t imposed upon those particular products.
DEFINE MONEY LAUNDERING
One would love to talk about Climate Change; but first one must wade through the corruption.
TRADITIONS
World peace is a good way to honor our Veterans and to challenge Climate Change, by the way.
FREEDOM ISN’T FREE
Too often freedom for one person comes at the liability of another. Socialism could be a label to suggest balancing away from exploitation of this type, if it must be labeled. Another phrase could be respect for natural, human, and civil rights. Either way, everyone should have a voice in defining freedom, not only the hierarchy.
NATIVE WISDOM BEYOND CLIMATE CHANGE
C-Span hosted a call-in discussion on the topic of age limits for political-office holders. This seems to bring to mind cultures that respect the experience of elders while young people are leaders. Americans need look no further for a model than Native communities. But principles need to be measured in terms of wisdom and experience as compared to terms of greed and privilege. If this isn’t the case, a critical limitation on knowledge stops us in 1619, as seems to be the case.
QUESTION DICTATORSHIP
The US public has been hearing endless descriptions of life in our nation, and the exceptional supremacy over lives of other people around the globe. In FACT, the rest of the globe is often so informed of US exceptionalism. MSM that represents the D&R duopoly are the mouthpiece for this information. But more and more we begin to hear alternative views that seem legitimate when we consider there must be more than one view. Consider a few other perspectives…
DEFINE FREE SPEECH
Do we hand over our Constitutional rights too compliantly? As Affirmative Action is discussed by the Supreme Court, is this seriously more important than, for example, free and functional communication among humanity? Indoctrination lends itself to self censorship.
WHAT THEY DO, NOT WHAT THEY SAY
Does anyone believe the Establishment-imposed sanctions by elite US politicians do harm to any other than poor people? This includes the poor people of the USA as sanctions circle back onto the US public byway of high fuel prices and especially byway of, for example, the Trump tariff that was sold as an imposition upon China but is in FACT a tax on products manufactured outside of the USA and sold to the US public, when manufacturing has been outlawed in the USA by bad trade agreements inflicted by politicians at the behest of their corporate campaign donors promoted by Citizens United. The collaboration center for negotiation of such laws as have imposed inflation (price gouging) on the US public, may be found at www.alec.org.
