DEFINE FREE SPEECH
Do we hand over our Constitutional rights too compliantly? As Affirmative Action is discussed by the Supreme Court, is this seriously more important than, for example, free and functional communication among humanity? Indoctrination lends itself to self censorship.

Non-Establishment communication was once popular within memories of many people. Huddling under the protective umbrella of patriarchal control doesn’t seem to have been healthy for most of the public. In FACT considering Climate Change, ability to communicate outside of grid considerations may be important simply for survival. But even sans Armageddon, free communication is desirable and supports Free Speech.
In Russia as in the USA, war and peace are decided by other than the public. Soldiers live and die by the whim of those who may be personally motivated and benefited. In FACT, this may be the case.

As Americans we actively opposed the illegal inhumane US military interventions in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Some of us suffered family division, social alienation, arrest, imprisonment, violence and exile. We affirm our support for and solidarity with Russians who, despite the risk of harsh consequences, peacefully oppose and resist their government’s military conscription and illegal inhumane war in Ukraine.–end of madman info–

The C-Span discussion this morning was about the pending Supreme Court decision on Affirmative Action. Without Affirmative Action the newspapers, if we still had newspapers, would still have a “women” column and a “men” column for employment. In 2022 women can compete openly with men in employment and earn livable salaries along with male counterparts, even if they will need to be able to dance backward and in high heels, so to speak. But the current Supreme Court decision seems to hinge on race. A few ideas—
*The question of IQ was raised, with a C-Span caller offering so-called statistics about difference according to race
*IQ tests seem to originate from patriarchy and so carry little legitimacy in the minds of some people
*If a portion of the public have been required to hone survival skills over perfecting patriarchal pandering, patriarchal IQ tests may be misleading
*We have just gone through an exhaustive postmortem about debt for useless involvement in institutions of higher learning
*It’s quite exploiting to inculcate into the necessity for participation in higher learning when job opportunities for US citizens have been shipped overseas via globalism
*Some people recognize as indoctrination, the completion of higher learning skills, into compliance to capitalism, which itself should be called out for unique systems of meritocracy
Affirmative Action has helped a few at the expense of many
*Without Affirmative Action the patriarchal-approved opportunities would shrink for more people, while opportunities for those who will always be able to enjoy privilege will not change
*Affirmative Action is required when we maintain a system of unfairness and competition which is intrinsic in capitalism, but is less important when we honor a system of free markets
From www.hawkinsmattera.org — Despite efforts by the New York State Democratic Party and their functionaries to silence us, we have broken through to the media with this campaign’s message of Inclusive Democracy, a Green New Deal, and an Economic Bill of Rights. We ask that you share this important news coverage to your community, families and allies:
- Capital Tonight Video: Green Party wages daunting write-in campaign to win back ballot access in New York
- Albany Times Union Op-Ed: Kathy Hochul, Lee Zeldin and nobody else
“Walk into any supermarket and you’ll find a variety of breakfast cereals to match nearly any taste. Shop online and you can select, say, shoes to meet your idiosyncratic preferences.
This is what we’ve come to expect in this age of choice. Almost everywhere there are alternatives to the same-old boring whatever. Nearly everywhere, we have options to satisfy every niche, variety that feels infinite and empowering.
Everywhere, except at the ballot box…” - The New York Times: For First Time Since 1946, New Yorkers Have Just 2 Choices for Governor
“…this year, for the first time in over 75 years, the state ballot appears destined to offer only two choices: Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, and Representative Lee Zeldin, a Republican.
The paucity of options is largely due to former Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, who championed changes in election law two years ago that made it far more difficult for third parties to get on the ballot. The changes to ballot access law tripled the number of voter signatures required for groups to get on the November ballot and forced political parties to qualify every two years instead of four.” - Focus on Albany Video: A conversation with Howie Hawkins about the campaign for Governor
The Times nails the issue: Cuomo, Hochul, and their Legislature Lackeys have brought democracy in New York to a 75-year low. And the bar was already disgracefully low.
But we can beat this and make our elections more fair and equitable than ever — with your help. We ask that you donate to this campaign today so we can continue fighting through Election Day.
And, speaking of Election Day, we ask that you take a moment to look at how you will need to write in our names for Governor and Lt. Governor, and to share this information with voters:
