The C-Span discussion about the Korean War was ushered in with an apparently government-inspired movie staging the pro-US perspective of our participation. The movie itself was a delightful reminder of one’s childhood in Upstate NY, where during so many auditorium-movie displays, students were mandated to watch hours of pro-capitalistic views that effectively indoctrinated into capitalism as democracy.

WHAT DO NORAD AND NATO HAVE IN COMMON?
One commonality is a diversity of US “enemies”. But a more succinct commonality comes to mind. And information about current events stamped “top secret”, will probably in about 10 years be found stuck to the bottom of some politicians shoe.

Use of the word “forgets” (link below) is extremely diplomatic. Real intellectual gymnastics are needed to ignore NATO intrusion onto the borders of Russia. At the same time one condemns the Russian invasion into Ukraine, childish trust is required to overlook the same from NATO toward Russian security.
