SILENCE AND CHOICES
We look for and demand equal justice under the law. We do not have equal justice. It is safer to be guilty and wealthy than innocent and common. This feels Medieval.

We know from first-hand experience that politically—and racially—motivated shootings like this embolden other like-minded vigilantes who hold the same contempt for Indigenous people and organizers. The agitator and his sympathizers pose a very real and serious threat to all Indigenous people, and to Indigenous women activists specifically. The establishment, which Alex Naranjo himself lauded as “a system that we’ve lived with for 400 years,” circles its wagons to protect Indian killers who are colonialism’s foot soldiers. This means there is virtually no formal protection or justice for Indigenous people, women, and activists in these times of heightened danger. We call upon all national, tribal, state, county, and city officials, and movement allies, to condemn this racist attack and demand safety and protection for Indigenous people, women, organizations, and communities. We call upon everyone to contact your officials and apply pressure.
Demand the following:
- Do not release the shooter!!
- This must be recognized as the racially-motivated hate crime it is at all levels of government.
- Protect Native women!!

NEWS BLACK-OUT
This summer we seem to have reached a tipping point about effects of global warming on humanity and nature that would permit denial as an obviously inane view. And so Establishment has assumed a policy of mitigation as to the impact, rather than dealing with the underlying anomalies of lifestyle that contributed to the global warming. This seems to be a policy that indulges big-money campaign donors who profit by the harmful policies that contribute to global warming, and is based on dependence of lawmakers on the largess of Citizens United, to their personal well being. This leaves out attention to the needs of We The People.
TRACES OF FREEDOM
Some in hierarchical Establishment recognize a need to indoctrinate the public that pagan lifestyle is undesirable. The concept of individual autonomy doesn’t comport comfortably with hierarchy.
CAUSE AND EFFECT
As a child of the ’60’s, one has little to no confidence in militarized law enforcement. While most of us “studied” The Teapot Dome Affair in school, the depth and breadth of that scandal probably was glossed over so as to wall the essence away from student understanding.
NATURE RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS

LAW AND MERITOCRACY
Laws seem to be the impetus for maintaining and supporting a privileged class of people that in 2023 can be called oligarchs. In a nation that pretends to equality and justice in the law, we all know it is better to be rich and guilty than poor and innocent in our justice system.
CONSCIOUSNESS
A sense of justice must challenge a supposed health system that profits not only from disease, but the cause of disease.
