RESPONSIBILITY OF DEFENSE

HR DEPARTMENT TO WE THE PEOPLE

Can the Family and Medical Leave Act (FLMA) function, as said by guest Rachel Greszler,  as”a get out of jail free card”.  Ms. Greszler spoke truth more than FACTS when she said that.  In a nation that is number 1 in human incarceration, a point can be suggested that the work world for many employees isn’t far different.  While corporations decry regulations applied to them, the regulations imposed upon employees seem often in conflict with human rights, not to mention rights of nature as pertains to environment. read more

NEW WORLD ORDER

Most people have heard spoken of, “the new world order”.  This is consistently spoken of as to have been inculcated into the public thought process.  We haven’t heard a logical and precise definition of what this will entail.  This topic comes to mind due to a question that went unanswered from a C-Span caller at about 8:45AM in which a caller questioned about what “the new world order” as first mentioned by Bush (he didn’t say which Bush, but does it matter?) might be.   read more

LAWS AND ETHICS

Lee Camp is a censored comedian who has raised the topic more than a few times, that armed law enforcement focused on traffic violations may be overkill.  But this discussion isn’t often heard from corporate-owned-government run MSM, due to governmental and corporate censorship.  Protecting and serving doesn’t require military process.

COMPARE COMMUNISM AND CAPITALISM

One has shared stories from RT recently, and believes this is considered offensive from some quarters.  The presumption would be that said sharing represents affinity toward communism.  FACTually speaking the intention is more nearly as a comparison between communism and capitalism, which use tactics and seem to have hierarchical motivation that are alarmingly similar.  In other words, the purported fear of communism isn’t so much that people would jump on the communistic bandwagon but that currently-indoctrinated people on the capitalistic bandwagon would recognize themselves in the communist targets. read more

FRESH VIEW

While monopolies are ignored and price gouging has become a way of life under capitalism, workers are subjected to restraint, scrutiny, and exploitation compatible with hierarchical predatory behavior of big business and corporations.  Non-compete agreements are only one example. read more

JUSTICE IS A JOURNEY

A reason one was disappointed about a news blackout locally on an important local issue, is that when We The People are legitimized by court action, this action encourages We The People to act in the interests of our local communities.  NYS has a background history of insinuating industrial development quietly before the local community is aware of the intentions, and then ‘splaining away disagreement by saying “well it’s too late now”. read more

IT’S THE DUOPOLY, STUPID…

WHEN THE SYSTEM IS INSANE

Few of the public are aware of the decade-long struggle against human rights violations and natural rights violations in the Northeast, and most notably along the border of NYS and Pa..  A reason is censorship by corporate-owned government-influenced MSM.  During the decade-long anti-fracking struggle, little to nothing was reported on local news about local-community advocacy to uphold human and natural rights.  One doesn’t recall in the last week ore so, a news report that as Shapiro says, the penalties against corporate harm are historic.  Perhaps I missed the local news report that could have encouraged local community members that incidentally, justice happens.  Devoid of a Free Press, one appreciates social media, which is denigrated by corporate-owned government-run MSM read more

FREE MARKETS AND US AMNESIA

On this small-business Saturday, free market concepts should be important.  In the USA, corporate-owned politicians have put into place laws and policies that significantly undermine local sole proprietorship in favor of chain store privilege. read more
