2022 AS A WORK OF ART

The print by Carl Larsson caught attention because it is the same as one in my stairwell.  Depiction of home seems the inspiration; and how can one be a fulfilled person without this foundation?  Life is art and is the substance and purview of each. read more

FOG OF IDEOLOGY

Some people have noticed a use of the public educational system in a common-core style that is used to produce enthusiastic consumers and compliant workers for our capitalistic system. An educational system dedicated to producing self-reliant, informed, and active citizens capable of self governing would be better suited to our democratic (small d) Constitutional republic. Aside from civic issues surrounding this modern type of education is the effect on families.  Something has changed dramatically over decades that is manifesting uncomfortably today.  A local system very recently seems to consider a new normal of inviting parents back into the educational system.  Since law enforcement stationed in schools doesn’t seem to work, parents may be the last resort. read more

ARM CHILDREN WITH BOOKS

An educational system that would best educate children into an ability to self-govern in their maturity, instead trains into compliance to capitalistic systems of obedience, dependence, and consumerism.  A prerequisite for freedom and equality is to be capable of thinking unshackled by hierarchical precepts. read more

LIFE AND ART

As we watch capitalism falter and fail in the USA as surely as did communism in the Former USSR, we might imagine this moment as living in accordance with art rather than according to the dictates of a hierarchical Establishment, both of which are capitalism and communism.  One also imagines that due to physical uniqueness, women often  understand first hand that life is art.  Money is nice, but art is the connection to that from which we emanate. read more

RAIDERS FOR JUSTICE RATHER THAN Profit

Capitalistic PR indoctrinates into prioritizing material possession as the height of human achievement.  That this possession comes with a contrasting decrease in principles of fairness and justice isn’t questioned.  A system of education that would be better used to teach self-reliance, autonomy, and ability to self-govern is instead used to train into compliance to hierarchical demands and consumerism.  We could explore the possibilities of a human life other than as a component in an economy that so dramatically buoys interests of hierarchy at the expense of everyone else.  Put plainly, what’s in it for everyone else? read more

EVERY ISSUE IS A FEMINIST ISSUE

The world and especially the USA have so many issues that have risen to the forefront that need to be handled.  Years of peremptory assumption of superiority of motive or importance by people in power in one way or another, may have violated human rights and environmental rights for so many people.  Issues that elevate hierarchy seem to have received inordinate attention and glorification to the undermining of other issues that uplift so many of us.  A discussion seems appropriate as to these topics. read more

THE SENSE OF THE COMMON

As hierarchical Establishment pose as arbiters of life on Earth, and perhaps beyond, local common community go about the business of reality.  The longer the fantasy land of hierarchical Establishment is imposed upon the public (indoctrination), the longer will take actualization of life was will comply with sanity.  A growing cadre of local-community members are working toward the goal of integrity. read more

THEATER OF CAPITALISM

Did anyone seriously expect good governance for We The People from either branch of the Republican/Democratic duopoly (American Capitalist Party)?    If so, denial is evident as has been the ire directed to those who remind wokesters that to go hat-in-hand to big-money campaign donors to beg voting rights from those responsible for putting in place the deleterious electoral process to begin with.  But what about the MSM that encouraged said delusion?  Indoctrination into capitalism seems the reason for said naivete.   read more

PERCEPTION

One could consider principles stated in The Preamble to the Constitution and The Preamble to The Declaration of Independence in place of reference to communism, capitalism, or socialism.  These principles don’t seem particularly commercial and seem to suggest a society in which the human rights of people are important.  A high minded attitude is suggested that doesn’t imply greed, privilege, or injustice.  Along with these ideas seem to be included avoidance of perceptions of depravity.   read more
