As a child of the 50’s, childhood diabetes wasn’t typical. Today reports suggest childhood diabetes is growing. A personal opine is a memory from around 1970 in which one first began to hear about the interjection of corporate interests into the public school system that was explained as profiting both industry and the school system. At that time the first industrial inspiration was soda machines in school systems. So what about the health care costs that devolved onto the general public due to atrocious nutritional habits, while the public school system and industry profited? This seems a perfect setup for public/private partnerships that are so advertised as promoting economic well being. Another definition could be nationalizing risk while privatizing profit.

The painfully relevant topic of debt in the USA was addressed by a mature and informed discussion with Elyse Hicks. The predatory character of credit card use was prominent. We should question those who called in to say “they knew what they were getting into” as being offensive when one remembers that organized crime uses usury tactics in their power and wealth accumulation. Some people have recognized that capitalism on a continuum is organized crime, and should be treated as such.

History as taught in the US educational system is written from the perspective of the USA. The globalism that has been about economics has conveniently overlooked FACTS that would more realistically inform about the role of humanity in wars. While admitting that Russia is the enemy and shouldn’t have attacked Ukraine, one would be intellectually dishonest if one didn’t recognize the price paid by Russia in WWII, and that in the USA has been superimposed by a presumption of US supremacy in challenging Hitler.

A functioning journalist working within the framework of principles of a Free Press could easily debunk Russian propaganda with an interview with Ukrainian Alexsey Arestovich.
COMPARE COMMUNISM AND CAPITALISM
One has shared stories from RT recently, and believes this is considered offensive from some quarters. The presumption would be that said sharing represents affinity toward communism. FACTually speaking the intention is more nearly as a comparison between communism and capitalism, which use tactics and seem to have hierarchical motivation that are alarmingly similar. In other words, the purported fear of communism isn’t so much that people would jump on the communistic bandwagon but that currently-indoctrinated people on the capitalistic bandwagon would recognize themselves in the communist targets.
