Kent Lassman patiently ‘splained on air the reason that Social Security Earned Benefits for which workers paid over decades have magically become “entitlements”.  Remember that the Social Security Earned Benefit contributions that were a cost of doing business in the USA, was curtailed when corporations sent US jobs to foreign nations.  Loss of US jobs that pay living wages resulted in reduction of Social Security funding from both employers and employees.  This was good for “the economy” that has come to be seen as the stock market, but is bad for America and workers.
