GLOBALISM

Oligarchs are the winner in war, local communities are not and neither is nature.  The winners write the narrative to promote their interests for history.  War is on the side of Climate Change.  Industry profits exceptionally.  Economic globalism without communal globalism is a travesty.

It has been reported that the Democratic Party received the highest amount of dark money campaign contributions.  And so we have the best government money can buy.  In more discerning times this could have been called fascism.–end of organicconsumers info–
Also received from organicconsumers—-https://www.globalresearch.ca/more-blackrock-than-you-might-imagine/5748159     –By now it should be clear to anyone who bothers to look, that the person who claims to be US President, 78-year old Joe Biden, is not making any decisions. He even has difficulty reading a teleprompter or answering prepared questions from friendly media without confusing Syria and Libya or even whether he is President. He is being micromanaged by a group of handlers to maintain a scripted “image” of a President while policy is made behind the scenes by others. It eerily reminds of the 1979 Peter Sellers film character, Chauncey Gardiner, in Being There.–end of organicconsumers info–

While the statement from Putin that the Ukraine is awash (paraphrase) in drug addicts and Nazi influence brought Western state-run talking head worries that Putin is unstable, it is surely within the last year the same sources of state-run media were also aghast with the Nazi marches along US streets.  As to the drug addict charge…..really?  We don’t know to whom Putin refers?
It was no less notable a person than Joe Biden who expressed his concern about the growing fascism in the USA.
As one who is revolted over any act of military aggression, one has also been unnerved by the same from the USA as it “spreads democracy around the world”.  While we’re about the business of spreading democracy, we would have a firmer standing if the USA hadn’t been instrumental in overturning the 2014 duly-elected leader of the Ukraine.
From the obamawhitehousearchives—-https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/blog/2014/02/20/responding-situation-ukraine –The latest statement from White House Press Secretary Jay Carney says that “the United States strongly supports Ukrainian leaders’ ongoing work to form an inclusive, multiparty government to represent all the people of Ukraine as they prepare for May elections, and to restore order, stability, and unity to the country.”—end of obamawhitehousearchives info–And here’s another view—https://www.cato.org/commentary/americas-ukraine-hypocrisy     –Despite his leadership defects and character flaws, Yanukovych had been duly elected in balloting that international observers considered reasonably free and fair—about the best standard one can hope for outside the mature Western democracies. A decent respect for democratic institutions and procedures meant that he ought to be able to serve out his lawful term as president, which would end in 2016.–end of cato info–Of interest is the demand for the Ukraine to maintain “an inclusive, multiparty government to represent all the people of Ukraine”  (why do hey get to have multi Parties but the USA is mandated 1 in the control group of the Democratic/Republican duopoly?) and what’s up with that “mature Western democracies” and when does the USA get that?  As a NYS District 22 voter, I resent our system in which one may say that poll workers were walking around with ballots stuck to their heel, metaphorically speaking.
Many people are all for democratic systems.  The USA should try it.
The US involvement and interest in the Ukraine seems to include fossil fuel obsession.  The same seems FACTual about politics in the USA.   Speaking of national security, even now the most dangerous seems to be Climate Change–  https://www.desmog.com/2022/02/23/oregon-democrats-defazio-hoyle-canning-jordan-cove/?utm_source=DeSmog%27s+Weekly+Newsletter    –Rather than back a progressive climate champion, a retiring congressman throws his weight behind a candidate who has taken campaign cash from Jordan Cove LNG.–end of desmog info–
Interference in the elections of other nations when our own are so questionable, could raise concerns.  Any military action is deadly, as much from Russia as from the USA with recent histories in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and many others, with resulting death of the civilian population.https://watson.brown.edu/costsofwar/costs/human/civilians/iraqi      –No one knows with certainty how many people have been killed and wounded in Iraq since the 2003 United States invasion. However, we know that between 184,382 and 207,156 civilians have died from direct war related violence caused by the U.S., its allies, the Iraqi military and police, and opposition forces from the time of the invasion through October 2019. The violent deaths of Iraqi civilians have occurred through aerial bombing, shelling, gunshots, suicide attacks, and fires started by bombing. Many civilians have also been injured.–end of watson.brown info–
It is surely devastating that Ukraine and Russian people are pretty much one and the same.  That makes one feel no better about the propensity for the US military action in nations with differing races and ethnic groups; although that too is a joke, considering the population of the USA.

A point can be made that in both of Russia and the USA, oligarchs and politicians prefer military action and an anti-war stance is curiously unpopular as viewed by Establishment and state-run-corporate-owned MSM—-https://portside.org/2022-02-25/inside-russian-journalists-fight-against-putins-invasion-ukraine   –Publishing an open letter not criticizing the government but voicing her opposition to war. Over 280 other journalists signed Chernenko’s letter, including some who are employed directly by the Kremlin at state-run news agencies. The Kremlin told Chernenko it was removing her access to the Foreign Ministry for “unprofessional” behavior, but the punishment was clearly designed to have a chilling effect on Russian journalists’ outspoken criticism of the war in Ukraine in the last 24 hours. –end of portside info–
One probably wouldn’t see Joe Biden as responsible to a certain extent for the mess in Eastern Europe except for the FACTS as mentioned above of Western influence along with the family of Biden directly implicated in said influence.  How can that avoid questions?  And why shouldn’t these questions be asked of a US leader who is responsible for national security?
True to duopoly action, Trump also seems interested in this chaos.  But what did we expect other than chaos, when global oligarchs reached this point of supremacy.  History over millennia would have informed if anyone cared.  Money and greed seems to attract corruption.

I———————–We can do better———-That “we are a 2-Party system” is a fabrication of the Republican/Democratic duopoly and spread by MSM.  In FACT the majority of voters aren’t either registered Democratic or Republican.  The censorship about this info must be envied by bureaucrats of the Former USSR and their simplistic style of 1-Party elections.

Regardless of which character sits in the Oval Office, We The People have work to do to maintain principles of our democratic (small d) Constitutional republic.  Several items to challenge—*We need the integrity of ranked-choice voting so voters won’t feel compelled to “hold your nose and vote”*Censored debates must be stopped.  The Democratic/Republican duopoly pretends to legitimate debates in what is nothing other than another campaign show.  Independent debates run by uninterested sponsors such as The League of Women Voters, must be restored.  (Access www.debates.org to understand the extent of duopoly control).  The so-called Debate Commission is a corporation to promote the Democratic corporation and Republican corporation, not to inform We The People*Challenge and stop gerrymandering that is a trick especially of the Republican branch of the duopoly.*Stop voter suppression by political Parties, and especially confront and stop Party suppression, which is the over-arching approach to voter suppression.  Party suppression seems to have been the responsibility of the Democratic corporation*Promote by law ranked-choice voting, so we won’t be told again, by D&R duopoly, to “hold your nose and vote”
If these issues are handled, our next elections can be honorable.

WITHDRAWS SUPPORT FROM FINAL PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE–end of lwv info–Murray Bookchin, who founded social ecology, a theory that strongly influenced early Green Socialist thought, strongly advocated the discussion and study group as the first step of any revolutionary movement. A group of individuals meets to expand their knowledge of radical thought and form a radical intellectual community; through the give and take of discussion, can eventually form ideas for next steps in organizing and political activity. According to Bookchin, study groups help create solidarity and a shared language — with a shared coherent vision — for building a mass, organizing, political movement!
Along with Climate Change, many people oppose the imperialism of the USA under control of the Republican/Democratic duopoly.  Use of the wealth of our nation should be to enhance quality of life for We The People rather than for imperialism.  Some people vote accordingly.I———————–That “we are a 2-Party system” is a fabrication of the Republican/Democratic duopoly and spread by MSM.  In FACT the majority of voters aren’t either registered Democratic or Republican.  The censorship about this info must be envied by bureaucrats of the Former USSR and their simplistic style of 1-Party elections.
