Some people have noticed an outcry to promote democracy in the Ukraine that is admirable.  Some of these demands for democracy in the Ukraine seem to originate from those who remind Americans that “we are not a democracy, we are a Constitutional republic”.  This seems oddly perverse.  Several other questions about US democracy—*We are not “a 2-Party system” but this propaganda continues from the Democratic/Republican duopoly*Third-Party views are censored by state-run MSM, with talking heads often heard to say “we are a 2-Party system”, which we are not*Pretension that military incursion is objectionable is belied by US action in including but not limited to Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, and countless US military bases around the globe*Citizens United that appears to support fascism rather than democracy in US politics*Government negligence toward the welfare of the US public*Commensurate diminishing of quality of life for the majority of Americans*The USA does not enjoy a vibrant Free Press that is necessary to practice democracy
Aside from whether or not Russia deserves the same buffer from Western influence that the West demands around its own borders is another matter.  But that even the interests of the US citizen has been neglected over decades should be a first priority to Americans.

The story highlights the farce of income disparities between healthcare workers and executives. Finally, Anders Lee goes back into the history of the board game Monopoly. It was invented under the name The Landlord’s Game to explain the brutal reality of capitalism. Commercial control of government seems to be fascism.  Russian oligarchs should be viewed skeptically and so too USA  oligarchs.  To do anything less is simplistic and naive.
