Ah, patriarchy…..First the obfuscation and intimidation to set the tone, then the knight in shining armor rides in to save the day.  Could we discuss whether a preliminary governing system of ethical behavior without human rights violations, would forestall the bait-and-switch?  Perception of corruption is a simmering cesspool that buoys the notion of a need for a protection racket.  This is the recognizable set up for strong man presumption for the need to rely on those who may have caused the harmful situations to begin with.

This system under which We The People have labored for far too long, and that probably has reached its useful shelf life.

A nation indoctrinated into a governing style of “running government like a business”, which on a continuum is organized crime, might remember planned obsolescence.  Planned obsolescence is a business strategy.–

1. a policy of producing consumer goods that rapidly become obsolete and so require replacing, achieved by frequent changes in design, termination of the supply of spare parts, and the use of nondurable materials.

Planned obsolescence is avoided, however, by bureaucrats, byway of strong-man presumption rather than civilized governance, laws, fairness, and regard against human rights violations.  We have watched this minimization of governance in the USA, Trump is probably the coup de grace.to freedom, liberty, dignity and human rights.  One is less frightened of but no more confident in Joe Biden.  Change is in the wind for good reason.  One can smell it in the air. 

In other words, the continuum toward protection rackets can be challenged, though employment by patriarchal presumption could be discussed, as compared to governance byway of logical and ethical process.

Not lost upon some that the Libertarian Party panel is all male, but perhaps the shock to hierarchical ego and privilege can be mitigated for the delicate characters, by using a panel of all male but hopefully well-meaning and ethical men, that may indeed need to be headed by a “other” man.

One opines that the Libertarian Party is another white-male political Party, and watching Cornel West interact with the Libertarian-Party panel rather confirms this notion.

However, one isn’t convinced that Cornel West is a Feminist.  This is a personal observation that may be wildly wrong, but reinforces the need for a non-patriarchal perspective in leadership.
