One is reading an odd and fascinating book that describes behind-the scenes actions by self-imagined world leaders that set the stage for spread of what can be labeled “Western values” that seem to have spread to the Middle East in the form of what is now euphemistically called the Israel-Hamas War.

Zion ideals seem to share an interesting place in this fiasco.  (Zion/Sion?)  Public/private partnership is a unique process used by institutionalized religion and politicians (big-money interests) used as a deflection to control the global local communities.

So what is leadership? Here are several quotes from rather well-known business leaders and authors:

Peter Drucker: “The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers.”
Warren Bennis: “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.”
Bill Gates: “As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others.“
John Maxwell: “Leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less.”

Of these quotes, the one from Bill Gates resonates with me the most. My view on leadership is that the leader works for their employees and not the other way around. The leader’s role is to set the vision and then remove obstacles for their employees so they can help achieve that vision.

One is suspicious that the outbreak of or awakening of humanity about capitalistic hierarchical Establishment of violation of human and natural rights that is used to pigeon-hole the environment into natural resources and humanity into human resources for profit by oligarchs, has been noticed by oligarchs.  In response, they are jumping in front of the sacred (humanity and nature), in order to maintain their delusion of leadership.

This is the ages-old bait-and-switch of patriarchy.  Tragically this is physically manifesting in the Israel/Hamas War.  Any delusion is dispelled, that war avoids devastation of local communities, as we watched Israeli and Palestinian local communities killed for effect for politicians.

In other words, presumption that self-imagined leaders must inform local-community members is the delightful middleman insinuation of importance that is, rather,the problem and the corruption.  It is the very evil against the sacred.

Say so. Middlemen can be useful societal tools when well regulated. They can be diabolical when worshiped.

Regardless of which character sits in the Oval Office, We The People have work to do to maintain principles of our democratic (small d) Constitutional republic.  Several items to challenge—*We need the integrity of ranked-choice voting so voters won’t feel compelled to “hold your nose and vote”*Censored debates must be stopped.  The Democratic/Republican duopoly pretends to legitimate debates in what is nothing other than another campaign show.  Independent debates run by uninterested sponsors such as The League of Women Voters, must be restored.  (Access www.debates.org to understand the extent of duopoly control).  The so-called Debate Commission is a corporation to promote the Democratic corporation and Republican corporation, not to inform We The People*Challenge and stop gerrymandering that is a trick especially of the Republican branch of the duopoly.*Stop voter suppression by political Parties, and especially confront and stop Party suppression, which is the over-arching approach to voter suppression.  Party suppression seems to have been the responsibility of the Democratic corporation*Promote by law ranked-choice voting, so we won’t be told again, by D&R duopoly, to “hold your nose and vote”
If these issues are handled, our next elections can be honorable.
