In the Southern Tier of NYS, apparently the culmination of the Bunn Hill Rd.citizen/oligarch dust up over a development project begun under a previous Administration in Vestal, NY..  Revoltingly in NYS, tradition implies that development project will be slipped past local citizens to the extent that when said citizens learn the violation of human rights and natural rights have been discovered, the authoritarian excuse is that “it’s too late to stop this now”.   read more
