IDENTIFY THE HOOLIGANS

The world general public have patiently tolerated the presumption by capitalistic hierarchical Establishment as they enacted laws to permit bad if not criminal behavior by their cronies, while labeling as criminals individual citizens attempting survival in a Pyramid-Scheme society.  It is a wonder the number of people who fall in line to support this feudal style of life and government.  Why have been pot smokers imprisoned while industrial polluters and looters are idealized on magazine covers?  Why does the public succumb to the indoctrination by state-run-corporate-owned MSM?  We need a Free Press.

Having contacted my so-called Representative in Upstate NY about a new normal of corporations buying out privately-owned veterinary offices and fixing the prices higher, the ho-hum reply was an insult.  The real-time impact on animals and their human families goes beyond imagination—–https://twitter.com/LydiaCornell/status/1485389686877016065  —This man was forced to give his dog to Humane Society due to lengthy hospital stay. This nurse went to the shelter and adopted his dog. She brings him to visit daily & will return him as soon as the man is released! Be the light in this world, even through the dark times

C-Span offered a relevant discussion about violence in the USA.  Apparently murder rates are increasing, but not more than they had reached historically.   https://www.c-span.org/video/?517385-3/washington-journal-jeffrey-butts-discusses-crime-murder-rates  –JANUARY 24, 2022  | PART OF WASHINGTON JOURNAL 01/24/2022

Jeffrey Butts on Crime and Murder Rates

John Jay College of Criminal Justice Research and Evaluation Center director Jeffrey Butts talked about rising crime and murder rates during the pandemic.–end of c-span info–

Jeffrey Butts mentions that aggression can happen by a criminal on the street with a gun but also in a board room by upper echelon bureaucrats and CEO’s (paraphrase).  A woman called in during this discussion to raise the reality of domestic violence that is under reported.  Locally we have seen a number of domestic dispute police calls ending in law enforcement killing the perpetrator.  The fright of the subject of said violence can only be imagined, unless you are one of the large number of typically women forced into this position.
Presumption of ownership of another person prevails in the USA and could be discussed.  In these situations human rights are denied.  The FACT remains that in whatever way one sees The Creator as It/He/She/CauseandEffect, women were bestowed with unimaginable responsibility for their own bodies.  Trust women.
Misogyny as nearly as in 2020 has been used as a campaign strategy by politicians and strategists.  Women could vote accordingly.
Jeffrey Butts speaks of the role of deterrence over revenge in arrest and sentencing.  This makes sense.  He states that people are less likely to act criminally when the risk of detection and disclosure are greater as compared to stiff sentences.  That white-collar crimes are ignored seems a prime example.
This raises again the ideas of Indigenous People in the USA who, one suspects, didn’t run a vibrant prison system, but maintained order in their midst.  One is totally under informed on the topic, but has heard that ostracizing a perpetrator caused adherence to societal norms generally speaking.  On the flip side, systems are used of promoting youngsters into adulthood via societal rites with adult-interest-honored expectations without disaffection of individuals at a tender age before one’s brain was fully functioning.  One could surmise that many pre-hierarchical societies had such rites and norms.  And when responsibility for the survival of the group is given to such youngsters, the incredible energy of youth can be directed toward self-esteem-building activities rather than destruction.  The same, in FACT, can be said of perpetrators of domestic violence.
As expanding fascism has been called out by some US politicians, the topic of who those are in positions of power are fodder for discussion—–https://portside.org/2022-01-23/radical-vision-silme-domingo-and-gene-viernes   –Murdered by gangsters on a dictator’s orders in 1981, these pathbreaking Filipino labor organizers fought for union democracy.–end of portside info–
The identification of the source of criminal behavior should continue—-https://portside.org/2022-01-23/damning-imperialism-marxs-writing-china       –One issue he returned to time and again was China. As Francis Wheen, in the introduction to the Penguin Selected Journalism of Karl Marx, tells us: “With the possible exception of human slavery, no topic raised Marx’s ire as profoundly as the opium trade with China.“It is difficult today to grasp the full degree to which opium dominated Chinese society in the 19th century.“The cost in human lives was enormous, not only because of the of thousands of Chinese who were addicted to a drug that made normal life impossible, but because by the time the century began, the British colonial and mercantile classes were willing to spill substantial amounts of blood in order to keep the narcotics flowing from India to China.”–end of portside info–

UK seems to get a free pass as the USA considers saving the Ukraine from Russia.  UK is a monarchy with the public supporting a deeply expensive presumption of entitlement, with members of said family dynasty implicated in sex trafficking.  The close relationship between the USA and UK seems to also implicate many of America’s hierarchy, about which little has so far been done in our so-called justice system.  In contrast, the Russian Tsar has been a chapter in history books for over a century.  Be Russia as it may, it has challenged head on topics of their family dynasty issues.  Perhaps use of Russia by the USA is a red herring, so to speak.

Protecting Waters of the Earth

Webinar at 8 pm ET USA, Wed, Feb 2, 2022, 2021
Many manufacturing and agricultural practices, especially animal confinement, degrade water quality. Colonialism intensifies disputes over withdrawal of water from the Blue Nile. Hydro-power from dams intensifies climate change, undermines habitat, and poisons animal and human life. Over-fishing by rich nations in waters of poor nations increases impoverishment while stealing food from those most in need. Deep sea mining compromises aquatic ecosystems and risks disturbing the world’s largest carbon sink. Yet, water conflicts can evaporate if humanity reduces extraction and shares resources to ensure all a good quality of life. The Green Party of St. Louis is hosting this program “Protecting Waters of the Earth” with the Universal African Peoples Organization. WITHDRAWS SUPPORT FROM FINAL PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE–end of lwv info–Murray Bookchin, who founded social ecology, a theory that strongly influenced early Green Socialist thought, strongly advocated the discussion and study group as the first step of any revolutionary movement. A group of individuals meets to expand their knowledge of radical thought and form a radical intellectual community; through the give and take of discussion, can eventually form ideas for next steps in organizing and political activity. According to Bookchin, study groups help create solidarity and a shared language — with a shared coherent vision — for building a mass, organizing, political movement!
Along with Climate Change, many people oppose the imperialism of the USA under control of the Republican/Democratic duopoly.  Use of the wealth of our nation should be to enhance quality of life for We The People rather than for imperialism.  Some people vote accordingly.I———————–That “we are a 2-Party system” is a fabrication of the Republican/Democratic duopoly and spread by MSM.  In FACT the majority of voters aren’t either registered Democratic or Republican.  The censorship about this info must be envied by bureaucrats of the Former USSR and their simplistic style of 1-Party elections.

Regardless of which character sits in the Oval Office, We The People have work to do to maintain principles of our democratic (small d) Constitutional republic.  Several items to challenge—*We need the integrity of ranked-choice voting so voters won’t feel compelled to “hold your nose and vote”*Censored debates must be stopped.  The Democratic/Republican duopoly pretends to legitimate debates in what is nothing other than another campaign show.  Independent debates run by uninterested sponsors such as The League of Women Voters, must be restored.  (Access www.debates.org to understand the extent of duopoly control).  The so-called Debate Commission is a corporation to promote the Democratic corporation and Republican corporation, not to inform We The People*Challenge and stop gerrymandering that is a trick especially of the Republican branch of the duopoly.*Stop voter suppression by political Parties, and especially confront and stop Party suppression, which is the over-arching approach to voter suppression.  Party suppression seems to have been the responsibility of the Democratic corporation*Promote by law ranked-choice voting, so we won’t be told again, by D&R duopoly, to “hold your nose and vote”
If these issues are handled, our next elections can be honorable.
