AMERICAN PATRICIANS

AMERICAN PATRICIANS

A MSM mouthpiece, upon first reporting the endorsement of Joe Biden by a large portion of the Kennedy clan in challenge of the RFK, Jr. Presidential campaign, embarrassed herself by defining them as “American patricians”.

To clarify, one looked up the definition of patrician.

How Joseph Kennedy Made His Fortune (Hint: It Wasn’t Bootlegging) | HISTORY– “They found all sorts of dirt on Joe Kennedy,” says Nasaw, “but not that he was a bootlegger.”

It didn’t help that various mafia characters came out of the woodwork to back up the accusations against Kennedy. Al Capone’s piano tuner said that he overheard conversations between “Scarface” and the elder Kennedy. The ex-wife of another Chicago mobster claimed her husband used to do business with Kennedy.

The MSM mouthpiece could have spoken of American patricians in the same breath she announced a man setting himself on fire in NYC as a way of bringing his message to the public spectacularly enough to be noticed by MSM.

Man who set himself on fire outside Trump trial dies

Tarik Sheppard, a deputy commissioner with the Police Department, said at a news conference, said: “Right now we are labelling him as sort of a conspiracy theorist, and we are going from there.”

Witnesses said Azzarello pulled pamphlets out of a backpack and threw them in the air before the incident. One of those pamphlets included references to “evil billionaires” but portions that were visible to a Reuters witness did not mention Trump.

Coincidentally one is reading the following book—- Ownership: Early Christian Teaching- Wipf and Stock Publishers — Charles Avila’s important retrieval of patristic texts reminds us that the ‘option for the poor’ is not a new theological fad, but an ancient Christian legacy. Joe Holland, Center of Concern, Washington, D.C. Charles Avila has provided an important recovery of the patristic teachings on wealth and poverty and has shown that a Christian theology of stewardship must be rooted in an ethic of economic justice. Rosemary Radford Ruether, Carpenter Professor of Feminist Theology, Pacific School of Religion This book is a rich anthology of a stream of Christianity which offers a striking vision of what the Redemption ought to imply normatively for a Christian-inspired organization of economic and social life. Prophetic reminders of basic truths about wealth and poverty are never out of date. Denis Goulet, Professor Emeritus, University of Notre Dame At long last, here is a book from a Christian and Asian voice of the Third World who rediscovers and re-echoes afresh for our times the prophetic, undiluted, and revolutionary patristic thought on property – a well-kept secret until now – a voice that speaks with a ‘bite’ to the rich and powerful on behalf of the millions of landless, propertyless victims of injustice. Scholarly yet lucid, disturbing but challenging, truly ‘good news’ to the poor, this book is the fruit of lived experience with the peasants in the Philippines by a self-exiled oppositionist to the Marcos regime. Vitaliano R. Gorospe, S.J., Department of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University, Manila, Philippines This book will do a great amount of good for people who are searching into this question of property all across the world. It should be read in every sociology as well as every economics class. Msgr. John J. Egan, Archdiocese of Chicago Like pacifism, the early church’s teaching about poverty has been too long neglected or submerged. I found this exposition of the Church fathers very useful. James R. Jennings, Campaign for Human Development, United States Catholic Conference

We are all aware on some level about traditions of Rome governance and English common law traditions.  One has however failed to notice the intensity of adherence by the world’s “patricians”,  now more usually labeled as oligarchs, to the laws of Rome.  Yet we pretend to respect the ideas of common law.

https://www.britannica.com/topic/common-law/The-feudal-land-law   –
This early centralization also diminished the reception of Roman law in England, in contrast to most other countries of Europe after the decline of feudalism. The expression “common law,” devised to distinguish the general law from local or group customs and privileges, came to suggest to citizens a universal law, founded on reason and superior in type.

By the 13th century, three central courts—ExchequerCommon Pleas, and King’s Bench—applied the common law. Although the same law was applied in each court, they vied in offering better remedies to litigants in order to increase their fees.

Roman law grew away from earlier common natural law that intuited that human ownership of resources provided by the Creator was a presumption of privilege that therefore created the culture of wealth and poverty.  One recognizes that wealth is only possible in partnership with poverty and poverty is only possible in partnership with wealth.

This seems to be a concern for the tragic person Maxwell Azzarello, who seems to have played out in FACT the sacrifice to truth that seems self-acquired and self-expressed by the orange leader who probably would never feel the depth of conscience to understand such action.

Meanwhile the orange savior has used all laws available to gain self-interest in defiance of any understanding of the wealth/poverty relationship.

Nat Malkus on Chronic School Absenteeism and Impact of the COVID Pandemic

Nat Malkus, Deputy Director of American Enterprise Institute’s Education Policy Studies, discussed how to combat chronic student absenteeism in schools that started in the pandemic and continues today.—end of c-span info–

As one who desires a better educational experience for students, one recognizes the FACT of a desultory capitalistic system of indoctrination into compliance to hierarchical Establishment currently called education..  Perhaps if reality as studied and researched in history that would reveal the commons as provided by The Creator, with oligarchical-purchased lawmakers creating laws that give privilege to hierarchy rather than protecting the natural Creator provided rights and commons for humanity (air, land, rain, food production), would interest students to the level of participation in education..

Meanwhile the “American patricians” are giddily embraced by capitalist-owner MSM mouthpieces as they endorse those who will continue to uphold the privilege of “patricians”.

That Maxwell Azzarello chose his path to convey his message that this ignored on MSM is a testament to censorship in America.

That American patricians came out to support this D&R oligarchy is another.  First we had Clyburn, now we have American patricians……tomato, tomoto…It’s all indoctrination for the privileged.  Let’s vote for commons.

Cornel West on James Clyburn Big Pharma and the Neoliberal Democrats – Corporate Crime Reporter– “Look at Brother Clyburn (Congressman Jim Clyburn (D-South Carolina)). Clyburn gets more money than any member of Congress from big pharmaceutical companies. If Bernie wins, how is Clyburn going to work that out? He can act black as he wants to. Monday through the next Monday. But that’s not going to be enough because you have black people and other working poor people who want healthcare and want it for everybody.”

–end of cornelwest info–So there are times it benefits capitalistic oligarchs to “act black”.

Meanwhile, genuine activists act in accord with commons and natural law.— An Evening With Cornel West and Immortal Technique in NYC  – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jo7mSZ2Zs0I— Feb. 22, 2024 in NYC – A very special evening at the Center at West Park with musical performances Immortal Technique and Brandon Lucas (live) + soundsDJ SONI withanEYE.
