CRISIS OF DEMOCRACY
What else seems unusual?
https://popularresistance.org/connecting-the-dots-the-rulers-are-losing-narrative-control/ –Something strange is going on with the narrative put forward by the ruling elite. They seem to be admitting to a lot of very unusual things over the past couple years. Everything from UFOs to the culpability of Saudi Arabia in the planning of 9/11, the US government seems to be letting loose. Have they lost control of the narrative or are they trying to intentionally muddy the waters? Lee Camp has a theory as to why.

In effect, the higher premium increases will subsidize the larger payments to — and profits for — private insurance corporations. This comes after Biden raked in roughly $47 million from health care industry executives during his 2020 campaign.–end of levelnews info–Jun 1, 2022•Matthew Cunningham-Cook
Some people voted for Bernie Sanders for the Democratic Presidential candidate in 2020, and then Howie Hawkins for President. One wonders why the vote of many Democrats for President in 2020 other than the endorsement from Mr. Clyburn.
We aren’t talking about rescinding Citizens United that legalizes without legitimizing corruption in elections. By the way, are these the “Western Values” the USA is insinuating into foreign nations at gun point?
And the Clyburn-inspired Democratic vote in the 2020 Presidential campaign “cause they told me to” excuse is embarrassing. What else do we do “cause they told me to?”—

Are youngsters in 2022 indoctrinated into hierarchical compliance byway of a capitalist-captured education system? If not, one wonders at the reason for votes contrary to the interests of the majority of the public, young voters included.
An example of ubiquitous indoctrination is heard every day on multiples of so-called news outlets that inevitably in speaking about the European military dust up, use the phrase “unprovoked attack” that is a phrase too universal to be accidental. Some nations are known for their regime-change tendencies. Is that a provocation?
The ease of controlling media audiences (with the example of glib interjection of the word unprovoked in front of Russian military invasion) is repeated by removal of a logo—-

British empire smut rag The Times has a new article out titled “Azov Battalion drops neo-Nazi symbol exploited by Russian propagandists,” which has got to be the most hilarious headline of 2022 so far (and I’m including The Onion and other intentionally funny headlines in the running).
“The Azov Battalion has removed a neo-Nazi symbol from its insignia that has helped perpetuate Russian propaganda about Ukraine being in the grip of far-right nationalism,” The Times informs us.
At the unveiling of a new special forces unit in Kharkiv, patches handed to soldiers did not feature the wolfsangel, a medieval German symbol that was adopted by the Nazis and which has been used by the battalion since 2014. Instead, they featured a golden trident, the Ukrainian national symbol worn by other regiments.
Yeah that’s how you solve Ukraine’s Nazi problem. A logo change.

This suggest acknowledgement of limitations of audiences for ability to critically analyze, and/or limitations in intellectual honesty.
Should non-white America care about non-whites around the globe? Precisely how do we define “the other”? — https://mronline.org/2022/06/02/cubas-non-alignment/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=cubas-non-alignment –The Cuban Revolution was fully aware that its destiny was at one with that of the people of Latin America, Asia and Africa.
As Fidel said in 1962:
What is the history of Cuba if not the history of Latin America? And what is the history of Latin America if not the history of Asia, Africa, and Oceania? And what is the history of all these people if not the history of the most ruthless and cruel exploitation of imperialism in the entire world?

Once again, people of faith and conscience are gathering at the sacred Mississippi Headwaters. During the weekend of June 3-5, we will honor the life-giving waters, affirm Native and Indigenous sovereignty, and nurture our connections with one another and the earth. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/projection—–Projection is the process of displacing one’s feelings onto a different person, animal, or object. The term is most commonly used to describe defensive projection—attributing one’s own unacceptable urges to another. For example, if someone continuously bullies and ridicules a peer about his insecurities, the bully might be projecting his own struggle with self-esteem onto the other person.

The awakened in Canada—–https://socialistproject.ca/2022/06/hundreds-protest-na-largest-weapons-fair/#more –“These war profiteers have blood on their hands and we are making it impossible for anyone to attend their weapons fair without directly confronting the violence and bloodshed they are complicit in. We’re disrupting CANSEC in solidarity with the millions of people around the world who are being killed, who are suffering, who are being displaced as a result of the weapons sold and military deals made by the people and corporations inside this convention. While more than six million refugees fled Ukraine this year, while more than 400,000 civilians have been killed in seven years of war in Yemen, while at least 13 Palestinian children were killed in the West Bank since the start of 2022, the weapons companies sponsoring and exhibiting in CANSEC are raking in record billions in profits. They are the only people who win these wars.”
Lockheed Martin, one of the major sponsors of CANSEC, has seen their stocks soar nearly 25 percent since the start of the new year, while Raytheon, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman each saw their stock prices rise by around 12 percent. Just prior to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Lockheed Martin Chief Executive Officer James Taiclet said on an earnings call that he predicted the conflict would lead to inflated defence budgets and additional sales for the company. Greg Hayes, CEO of Raytheon, another CANSEC sponsor, told investors earlier this year that the company expected to see “opportunities for international sales” amid the Russian threat. He added, “I fully expect we’re going to see some benefit from it.” Hayes received an annual compensation package of $23-million in 2021, an 11% increase over the previous year.–end of socialistproject info—
It’s like they think we don’t care, as long as our stock value increases. By the way, the economy does matter and can buoy local communities as well be green energy technology and lifestyle such as insulation retrofitting (without planned obsolescence) and generate living wages to local workers. The USA could also manufacture our own products that would not require tariffs which are taxes on consumers, and ensure a local supply chain.
In other words, we can define progress in terms of peace, equality, and good health rather than in terms of greed, exploitation, and imperialism.

The US Constitution doesn’t seem to sanction elections run by political Parties, and to permit control of political debates by political Parties seems equally corrupt.
