Propaganda seems to be the hierarchical spewing of their perspective in language that seems to forestall the willingness of too many recipients of said information to see the details beyond the rhetoric.  Is this the framework used by dictators?

Michael Newton, a Vanderbilt University Law professor and war crimes expert, talked about the process of prosecuting war crimes in the International Criminal Court.–end of c-span info–
The phrase war crime is an oxymoron.
One believes it was Michael Newton, the guest on C-Span, who indicated war crimes included destroying cultures.  Would that include the impact of the US government on American Indigenous People?
C-Span hosted a discussion about the appearance of impropriety on the Supreme Court.
A short clip was played of Mitch McConnell expressing (paraphrase) his outrage over a “political hit” to suggest that a court justice couldn’t police his own actions as to whether he should recuse himself due to his wife’s involvement in a governmental-insurrection investigation.
The Supreme Court is one of the three branches of government that is supposed to be beyond influence from the other two branches of government.  
8:00AM–caller–would a judge be capable of fair consideration if his wife had knocked off a liquor store?
This stereotypical picture of a crime seems to suggest that the answer is no:  But the actual issue in this discussion, which is overturning an election, can be called much more serious.
A time in human remembrance existed where Chief Justices were trusted as above reproach.  Politics have changed that perception.  
Any idea that Mitch McConnell will interject reality into the conversation of ethics from the Supreme Court should be considered against the backdrop of the Obama Supreme Court nominations that were disenfranchised by McConnell.  His veracity seems questionable.
Two items of accepted governance that in FACT seem fallacious are Citizens United and that we are a 2-Party system.
Citizens United seems a first step in overturning honest elections as money was called Speech and permitted into the electoral process which is corruption.
Nothing exists in our system that implies we are a 2-Party system other than hierarchical propaganda, and in FACT President George Washington specifically warned against political Parties due to conflict of interest.
The implication is that not only is the Supreme Court currently unredeemable in corruption and acceptance that we are a 2-Party system, both of which are controlled by big-money interests, but Citizens United encourages upheaval of elections using money.  When elections can be overturned by the Supreme Court and/or Citizens United, it is an easy next step to physical insurrection.
In other words, functionally the US seems to currently be a dictatorship.
At the least the USA functions according to dictates of hierarchy compliant to capitalism.  When commercial interests of capitalists over run a government, it has been called fascism.

One believes one just heard Christian Weller refer to workers who quit their jobs to go home and be artists.  Interesting concept.  In other words workers were disengaging from the harness of hierarchy to recall a deeper meaning of life.  And they say mental illness is on the rise in the USA.  So why would that happen?  A point can be made that the Faustian Bargain required in our current system of culture may conceivably lead to unhappy people.  Unhappy people lead to activists and protesters, upon which hierarchy needs to “crack down”.  This leads to a police state.  Does anyone see the connection?
So if a “worker” quits in order to “go home and be an artist”, that may be a sign of mental health.  So what is hierarchy espousing?  When this becomes “our system”, is it dictatorship?
