So White House Press Secretary is going to MSNBC.  This seems nothing other than a lateral switch within departments of a corporation.  Did the Trump Administration “say out loud the quiet parts”, or were they so honest as to display FACTually that which other Administrations are still dancing around?  An example is an expression heard from Jared Kushner (from memory anecdotally and paraphrased) that the US public are the customers of our government.  

Confusion about our own government and its function as relates to We The People seems the precursor to misunderstanding other nations.
Who hasn’t heard a politicians remind We The People that “we are open for business?  Is that intended to mollify citizens?

At about 1:20PM on 3/31 listening to npr (apologies for failing to get the name of the Russian professor who was assessing effect of sanctions on Russian oligarchs) she informed that the sanctions on Russian oligarchs were personally harming the oligarchs without effecting their influence on Putin.  This soundly reinforces the view from some people that Putin is challenging fascism (Western values) in Ukraine from a position of what may be ostensibly seen as the perspective of the concept of a Tsar, to use a Russian label.
Misunderstanding from “Western views” is harmful.  Russians, she says, are fearful of returning to communism.  In the USA, hair-on-fire tycoons are warning about a US friendly to socialism which is communism, they misinform.  Strangely the entirety of their message is hyperbolic propaganda.
The professor of Russia on NPR said that Russian oligarchs have no influence over Putin.  This sounds logical.  In ignorance, some people think, American politicians/media equate the system in the USA of tycoon influence over government as similar in Russia.  This is the reason as the USA embraces fascism where tycoons run the government, they suppose the same is FACTual in Russia, where it doesn’t appear to be the case.
These distinctions are crucial and promote war from all tycoon/oligarchical sides, to wage war on local community members out of abject ignorance and brutality.  
FACTually we have ostensible crime families attempting supremacy.  Not much more and not much less……

Questions can be illuminated from unusual and unexpected places.  The Aeon article of The way of the dharma in the above link touches on (figuratively speaking) notions of upheaval that can insinuate into culture riding on “Western values” that promise a path out of poverty.  This is relevant because it is unassailable that contributing to the Ukraine/Russia War was almost a decade of targeting of that region by “Western values” that quite often are self-serving.  To ignore this FACT is to absolve ourselves of the responsibility; unless our aim is to reap the rewards without acknowledging the prices paid.  This seems to be a so-called value of capitalism.
