Sharp mental capacity doesn’t always but often may diminish with age.  Self-reflection is required for those so burdened (everyone eventually).  Hubris can stand in the way of such assessment.

A curiously independent journalist hosts on Saturday evening on MSNBC a presentation called Ayman.  A recent interview was on the topic of Corporate CEO’s brazenly announcing to the public that having so enhanced their bottom line, they intended to further price gouge the consumer under cover of the excuse of inflation.

They can as easily motivate stopping inflation by deflating prices to the consumer.  Apparently our government with Officers including the President, promoted into their public service positions via campaign contributions from these derelict capitalists, say in America, they are unable to challenge exploitation of the public due to greed.

We need to recall the actual intentions as to this situation by the Founders.

And for those who will say “we are a Constitutional Republic”, please remember that China is the Chinese People’s Republic, but we call them communists; apparently attempting distance between our maudlin capitalism and communism.  Some people see no daylight between the two.

And to refer back to the “them and us” Supremacy speech from equally maudlin wanna-be leaders, on the topic of immigrants, One watch this morning a presentation called Matter of Fact with Soledad O’Brien and Joie Chen.  The topic was the welcoming of immigrants over 100 years of immigrants into St. Louis.  The testimony from residence was of the vibrancy of diversity and the economic boost to the local culture and locality.

Another reason I love NYS is exactly this.  As a family beneficiary of such acceptance, regardless of indications of superiority from existing residence, over said 100=year period, in the Southern Tier we enjoy vibrant diversity of culture among so many people who no longer even notice the difference, other than enjoyable curiosity.

As we continue to see influx of diversity, the attitude seems to hold, to our benefit and enjoyment.  But then Johnson City, NY is known as the Home of The Fair Deal.

Surely The Southern Tier is troubled with the same drug problems and crime as any other region.  That The Southern Tier is a hotbed of involved and admirable citizens counterbalances the routine human failings.  May this continue.

Helpful would be for more of the local politicians to recognize the mental health issues that manifest in crime, to be the result of the greedy exploitation of local-community members for the self-interested wealth creation for such capitalistic hierarchical Establishment.

Some local politicians understand and function accordingly.  We need more of candid and involved politicians.  Vote accordingly.

On a higher level of the Supreme Court, one hears that Neil Gorsuch is in the back pocket of American oligarchs wishing to rid the protection from the Chevron decision.  This is deeply harmful but in keeping with a brave new governing world of organized crime and racketeering.  How else would this be defined?  Surely not in terms of honorable states-person-ship.
