Enabler Nation

The Suffragists promoted voting rights for everyone, even as the group consisted of women.  The League of Women voters continues to attempt to maintain clean, fair, and free elections in the USA.

The League of Women Voters, which is non-partisan, once hosted political debates to permit voices from different political Parties to be heard.  After Ross Perot of the Independent Party made such sensible arguments and was quite successful in his campaign, the Republican/Democratic duopoly stepped in to take over debates as one will find at www.debates.org.  This permitted censorship and turned debates into a partisan game of badminton as entertainment for an audience required to be only spectators and not participants..http://participate.lwv.org/c/10065/blastContent.jsp?email_blast_KEY=226513–Today is National Voter Registration Day! Voter registration is more important than ever this year, as COVID-19 has changed the landscape of voting this election year. The wide array of changes to voting policy occurring in response to the coronavirus outbreak make it even more crucial that voters register or update their registrations as needed well in advance of Election Day.

Ross Perot coined the phrase, regarding globalization, “the giant sucking noise of jobs leaving this nation” (paraphrase) that was the profiteering tool of the capitalistic hierarchical Establishment of the Democratic/Republican duopoly.
Climate Change is denied by many big-money interests who fund political campaigns via Citizens United that legalized corruption in elections.  Reports indicate the same Climate Change deniers who profit from the activities that contribute to Climate Change also seem to be most responsible for carbon emissions—–https://www.ecowatch.com/carbon-emissions-one-percent-2647729537.html–The findings, Confronting Carbon Inequality: Putting climate justice at the heart of the COVID-19 recovery, reveal how current economic systems have created extreme carbon inequity and brought the planet to the brink of ecological collapse. It also provides a roadmap for governments around the world to create fairer, more sustainable economies.
“Our current economic model has been an enabler of catastrophic climate change and equally catastrophic inequality,” former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said in the report.

A topic to be discussed is 5G about which C-Span hosted Democrat Bradley Sherman at 4:50PM on 9/20/2020, as he discussed an international 5G technology.  As questions arise about the veracity of information about Covid-19 from the US government, Trump challenges China over TikTok and many other issues, and warnings about nations that so-called nationalize private companies are promoted as reasons to embrace capitalism, another issue that is seldom discussed about 5G networks is the health to people and nature.  Rep. Bradley Sherman seems concerned about security and privacy from 5G networks based in China while ignoring physical health to nature, wildlife and people.  These are all matters of national security.  One almost believes the American public is ignored as pertains to health and security, in discussion about this industrialization of our nation.  Are the US public to be used as consumers while disregarding service and safety to We The People, as multi-national corporations profit from this?
Many agencies attest to the safety of the 5G network, similar to the politically-sanctioned info from the CDC about Covid-19—-https://www.wirelesshealthfacts.com/experts/?gclid=CjwKCAjwwab7BRBAEiwAapqpTCkiUvfB7b9G0G1yxzlASjvO8VN-qhfhtbAcGVnRoq0RezjnKg0uLxoCV7UQAvD_BwE
Personal inquiry seems reasonable when politics supports reports from agencies.  This is a reason many people access social media; this time from scientists, as they describe themselves—–https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/we-have-no-reason-to-believe-5g-is-safe/–Citing this large body of research, more than 240 scientists who have published peer-reviewed research on the biologic and health effects of nonionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF) signed the International EMF Scientist Appeal, which calls for stronger exposure limits. The appeal makes the following assertions:“Numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines. Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plant and animal life.”The scientists who signed this appeal arguably constitute the majority of experts on the effects of nonionizing radiation. They have published more than 2,000 papers and letters on EMF in professional journals.–end of scientificamerican info–
Skepticism about rampant and unchecked capitalism may originate from corruption in this system that rewards aggression and greed.  We can consider a progress based not on greed, exploitation, and aggression, but rather a progress built on good health, equality, and peace.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqSqdWYo8Ps–COVID-19

Indoctrination seems to keep too many people in the rut of capitalism.  Conditioning as enablers must first be recognized, to be changed.
The topic of enablers is important.  Enablers may not be personally responsible for harm, but they may either consciously or unconsciously support the predator.  For example, one imagines large portions of the public are enablers of an economy that is a Pyramid Scheme and is based on predatory exploitation of human resources (people) and natural resources (the environment).  Past Presidential Administrations seemed to condition We The People into seeing ourselves as consumers rather than as citizens of the USA.
Patriarchy is a system that has refined the use of enablers to their benefit.  Domestic violence is one such situation in which a spouse may see herself/himself as being noble by supporting the inappropriate behavior of another.  One believes the Democratic/Republican duopoly has grown to near-dictatorship levels by campaign strategists who insist voters must vote regardless of conscience, and is called “holding your nose and voting”.  The economy is also so abused by everyone who has been legislated into compliance to this system that is called free market, but is anything but free market principles.  When it has stopped working, it should be changed.
Notions of using our system of education to teach so-called patriotism, seems an apt vehicle for patriarchy to produce enablers.  If the system of education is used to produce citizens capable of analytical thinking and self-governance, this would seem more appropriate if the end goal is a democratic (small d) Constitutional republic.
As our government eschews principles of a democratic (small d) Constitutional republic in order to “run government like a business”, a few thoughts come to mind–*Capitalists warn again loss of private property that has happened in foreign nations that resulted when commercial interests that have become toxic to local community health…any of emotional, economic, or physical health…have been so-called nationalized into control by local community members who make up their government*Cuba has been held up as one such nation, as what was perceived as organized crime by Cubans, was kicked out of Cuba–https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Havana_Conference*In the USA the transfer of cash from the 100% to the 1% in what seems a Pyramid Scheme, seems unhealthy for an economy that should service a democratic (small d) Constitutional republic *American children are required to attend a system of education that seems to avoid history that would illuminate said students, and instead seems to teach capitalistic principles*Enabling seems to be at the core of this bait-and-switch, which is a patriarchal tool to maintain control*As to free markets, should we recall TikTok?  One has no sympathy for multi-national corporations, but the topic is bait-and-switch by capitalists who accuse socialism due to warnings about nationalization.  Nationalization can be ownership by We The People.  Communism would connote ownership by bureaucrats within government.  The distinction is relevant and never considered.  It should be considered.  *Does the USA currently have bureaucratic ownership of commercial interests running our government?  This is capitalism*One has long recognized communism and capitalism as opposite sides of the same coin of exploitation
And by the way, the literacy rate in Cuba is reported to be higher than that in the USA—-https://www.counterpunch.org/2020/09/18/review-of-cuban-health-care-the-ongoing-revolution-by-don-fitz/–The medical system that Cuba’s revolutionaries inherited from the old regime—more like a non-system—was a mess. Millions of Cubans, disproportionately rural and Black, has no access to health care at all. In the 1960s, the government began building a national system of outpatient polyclinics (policlínicosintegrales) designed, in Fitz’s words, to “unify preventive and curative medicine” in communities. Each polyclinic was staffed, at a minimum, with “a general practice physician, nurse, pediatrician, OB/GYN, and social workers.” The polyclinics provided a single point of entry for each patient. They were highly successful, Fitz says, because they were established not in isolation but in the context of other developments: Cuba’s famously successful literacy campaign, land reform, improved farm incomes, improved diets, pensions, improved water supplies, schools, and housing, along with others. Having status within the national system equal to that of the country’s major hospitals, polyclinics had a high degree of independence. In the mid-1970s, the polyclinics began doing health risk assessments, incorporated specialist care, and made house calls a major part of the system. A decade later, single doctor-nurse teams began establishing small neighborhood consultarios, each tied to a polyclinic.

Cuban citizens who fled to Florida tell a different tale; one welcomes perspective from many people.  This is a reason open debates is important for a democratic (small d) Constitutional republic.  Enlightening would be a debate between, for example, a Cuban capitalist residing in Florida and an eco-socialist, and surely include a capitalist like perhaps Kushner.  This would provide viewpoints to which each classification would have the opportunity to promote.
The USA no longer has such debates.  This raises the specter of dictatorship.
If Cuban-Americans prefer the economy of the USA, the safety of majorities of citizens in each nation of Cuba and the USA should be compared and explained.
While the capitalist duopoly Democratic/Republican attempt to smear other political and economic systems, questions are raised about authoritarian reality of capitalistic hierarchical Establishment governance in the USA.
The censorship by cable channel capitalist-affiliated news Shows and the R&D duopoly doesn’t not foretell freedom, equality, and justice for all for We The People.
Consider alternatives before we can no longer do so—-https://independentpoliticalreport.com/2020/09/green-party-message-for-international-day-of-peace-support-un-call-for-global-ceasefire-repeal-authorization-for-use-of-military-force-act/–Green Party leaders condemn the perpetual state of war launched, with bitter irony, on the 19th anniversary of the Day of Peace Resolution with the passage of the post-9/11 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF). Green Leaders also emphasized the party’s demand for the repeal of the AUMF, which has even greater urgency with the global crises of COVID-19 and climate disruption.

And many of the most non-Establishment voters are in the Green Party.
**************************************As a Green Party registered voter routinely, one re-registers every 4 years into the Democratic Party to be able to cast a vote in the Democratic Primary for Bernie Sanders.  One is positive one is not alone in doing so.Lost in the fog of political corruption over several decades, is the fact that the Presidential debates were once in the capable hands of the League of Women Voters—-https://www.lwv.org/newsroom/press-releases/league-refuses-help-perpetrate-fraud—-Most objectionable to the League, Neuman said, were conditions in the agreement that gave the campaigns unprecedented control over the proceedings. Neuman called “outrageous” the campaigns’ demands that they control the selection of questioners, the composition of the audience, hall access for the press and other issues.”The campaigns’ agreement is a closed-door masterpiece,” Neuman said. “Never in the history of the League of Women Voters have two candidates’ organizations come to us with such stringent, unyielding and self-serving demands.”Neuman said she and the League regretted that the American people have had no real opportunities to judge the presidential nominees outside of campaign-controlled environments.—-end of lwv info—In other words, (paraphrase) patriarchy says, “we’ll handle it from here, little ladies”—https://straty.com/controlling-outcomes-controlling-table-stakes/—After studying the election process in 1985, the bipartisan National Commission on Elections recommended “turning over the sponsorship of Presidential debates to the two major parties”. In other words, politicians are now choosing their voters, rather than voters choosing their politicians.
Acting on the human frailty of ignorance combined with arrogance, and using as an example the Democratic Establishment, one recognizes what is called a Democratic Base that believes in their right to dictate to others, their voting choices.  —–https://www.haudenosauneeconfederacy.com/influence-on-democracy/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pIDtvTydkU&t=638s
