FREE PRESS, HEALTH CARE, AND BIDEN

With the Biden announcement about running for the Presidency in 2024, several thoughts come to mind.
***Free and fair elections require a Free Press, which the USA doesn’t enjoy
***Celebrity status of moderators on MSM is probably a reason that C-Span hosted a call-in discussion this morning about Tucker Carlson and Don Lemon
***Coincidentally last night the CBS Nightly news reported about hospital shut-downs, and this is much more relevant as news to the most people than Tucker and Don
***Any story about Tucker and Don should be more about questions as to whether the US has a Free Press, than the personality foibles of the celebrities
***That the story is about news “shows” over hospital closings is the story of capitalistic hierarchy
***Biden announced his run for the Presidency while the majority of Americans have expressed displeasure over a run by either Biden and Trump
***The Democratic Party and Republican Party however, seem to have stepped in to supersede the wishes of We The People
***Why are political Parties interfering in fair and free elections?
***The Constitution doesn’t seem to imply elections should be the plaything of political Parties
***That we in 2023 have a President Biden, when so many voters in 2020 supported Bernie Sanders who would have worked toward a 1-payer health care system, is predictive of the FACT in 2023 of hospital closings with the happy benefit to investors of “making millions after shutting the medical center down”
***The irrelevantly loquacious Jim Clyburn, who reportedly has enjoyed handsome levels of medical-industry campaign contributions, endorsed the for-profit Biden as candidate for President, subtly relying on skin color as a motivating factor, if one may make this political analysis
***The combination of news “show” celebrity characters and lack of a Free Press in the USA seems to have crowded out important information such as the expressed candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who is running on the Democratic ticket against Joe Biden
***In the last several days, one has heard several celebrity news “show” characters state openly and incorrectly that no viable candidate is challenging Biden
***And so goes a capitalistic state-run media
Owners make millions after hospital closure

As to a Free Press in the USA, RT is censored. Recognizing RT as run by Russia who is our enemy, I would trust nothing they report. Politco, however, has a good reputation for news reporting, and because the USA has such a censored MSM, sometimes one must access RT to actually hear information that state-run US media ignores.
Some people have argued that support for Ukraine by the USA was predicated on “spreading Western values” and upholding some type of democracy for “the people”.As flowery as that sounds, the history of US military action needs to be considered, along with the motivations of The Military- Industrial Complex.

According to the outlet, Washington has urged Kiev not to spread its troops too thin or overextend its ambitions. This is what Biden reportedly told Afghan President Ashraf Ghani at some point, before the US pulled out of Afghanistan and the Taliban took over the country.–end of rt info–
https://www.rt.com/news/575276-us-ukraine-failure-preparations/ –US President Joe Biden’s administration is “quietly preparing for the possibility” that Ukraine’s much-heralded offensive doesn’t deliver the “total victory” Kiev wanted, Politico reported on Monday, citing several anonymous officials.

American support in Ukraine seems flimsy if the motivation was seriously based upon human rights and ethical values.

What U.S. leaders have learned over the centuries is that key to maintaining (and possibly expanding) an empire is economic and political control over foreign lands, not “owning” them; they don’t need “boots on the ground.” In fact, that focuses too much attention on their shenanigans; for some strange reason, Americans generally are concerned about the well-being of their troops, even if they’re carrying out terrible violence and destruction against other peoples.–end of mronline info–
Not to confirm or deny the following, but surely another thought that capitalistic hierarchical Establishment doesn’t want you to have in your pretty little heads. —

As one who would be perfectly contented to retain the Senate if they adhered to Oaths of Office more than to Citizens United campaign donations, one is interested in a topic raised as to the reason we maintain the US Senate—-
